Regional Hands-on Plastics Training Events

Routsis Training, in collaboration with LS Mtron and Plastics Machinery, Inc., is now sponsoring in-person Processor Pro™ training events at several locations in the United States and Canada. Unlike most plastics industry seminars, these events are limited to 6-8 people — affording each participant plenty of individual attention and hands-on training time.

With equal time spent on classroom instruction and real machine practice, our 2-day Processor Pro™ events teach participants how to develop, document, and troubleshoot robust Scientific Injection Molding processes. These dynamic training sessions deliver hands-on skills that translate directly to the production floor: better part quality, faster troubleshooting, shorter cycle times, and drastically lower scrap rates.

Once reserved for top-tier manufacturers, this powerful training is now available to individuals and smaller teams.

How do these events work?

To maximize their learning experience, Processor Pro™ participants must complete online training prior to the event. These powerful online courses deliver fundamental Scientific Moldings concepts and familiarize participants with the terminology that will be used during the hands-on training sessions. Once you have registered for the event, we will provide your attendees with access to our online training portal.

The events themselves consist of 2 days of intensive hands-on and classroom training. The goal of these sessions is to split time equally between classroom learning and hands-on skills-development at the injection molding machine. Our expert trainers may adjust this schedule slightly, depending on the needs of the group.

After the event, participants complete additional online training — to reinforce the classroom discussions and prepare them for their completion exam. Successful candidates will receive a certificate, which demonstrates their ability to solve real-world problems and to develop robust, repeatable Scientific Injection Molding processes.
